There is a clear process here, and it is laid out in the sidebar. The goal of "jail" seems to be clearly identified and targeted, unlike ours, which just says "general fund," even though the propagandists and the airplane advertisers would have you believe it is "medical mart." They needed 28, 750 signatures. We need 46,000 or so to put the issue on the ballot, so it can be resolved by the vote of all of us, not just two of us.
