eldershire.pdf (application/pdf Object) A few days ago,
George had mentioned "intentional communities" and "intentional neighborhoods," and
Gloria and I had remarked to each other how neat it was that these younger people had coined terms for things she and I thought about, but hadn't gotten around to naming. Today, after being part of my community Memorial Day service at the little cemetery off Garden, and being moved by an inspired speech by our own Brooklyn Centre historian, the 99-year-old Miss Ruth Ketteringham, I went poking around the internet to see whether or not I was part of an "intentional community," and I found this *.PDF, with 57 pages of fairly good summary.
