time for a review

Medical Mart deadline etched - Cleveland's Top Story from The Plain Dealer -- Seeing reports of the most recent posturing by Tim Hagan in this morning's PD, I realize it's time to review the Joan Mazzolini half-reporting that went down when this issue was discussed in a public forum this past summer. What's the best way to search the archived material online at the PD? I'm not having much luck.

    A full-text archive of the Plain Dealer back to 1991 is available as one of the databases accessible through the Cleveland Public Library. A search of the PD database using "medical mart" yields 100 hits.

    Thank you very, very much. I had no idea we had access to full-text materials like this. This is a treasure trove, a goldmine, and a time-saver, and I'm grateful for your pointing me in the right direction.

    You're very welcome. With the Web, people sometimes forget the public libraries. (I think the region's public libraries are one of the area's best features.)
