Tower City site appears to be top convention center choice - Cleveland's Top Story from The Plain Dealer -- It appears that the ConventionCenterMedicalMart charade is now making a feeble move to act as though they're serious about spending that money--that extra sales-tax money--that currently balances the county's budget.

I think they're trying to lock it up for ForestCityRatner and a dwindling supply of hypothetical conventioneers before somebody steps in and gives it to the RTA for the use of a million or so of us locals.
