    In all my years in a Chinese restaurant, I have yet to see a single dairy product, save the egg - are eggs considered dairy products, or meats?

    Oh yeah, no bread, either - or crackers...I always get requests for crackers.

    I think eggs are eggs are protein, but not meat and not dairy. I think dairy would be all that somehow began as milk.
