Last night, as I called the police, again, to get order restored on West 38th Street, I kept asking myself, Where are the priests and the social workers these days? About all I knew is that they weren't out there in the middle of the street with me. The piece by Drucker sheds some light on why this may be, and how we can correct the situation.
